I have taken the issue very quickly, as promised, no worries t used the device for 1 week and 1 from 2 sides stopped working. I received a message from the seller after advising my situation, I was surprised by the rapid response. This may or may not have a factory defect. Bottom line, the unit is broken for any reason.

This dual charger is OK for low-amp charge jobs such as GPS, Bluetooth mobile phone and automatic debit. However, the growth of its business as an 8 amp draw air pump mini moto (for pumping the air in the tires) and blew the 12 Volt Two Way DC Car Charger to a smelly mess (along with my cig lighter safety). FYI-The duo Scosche 12 volt adapter is the same as.
